Terms and Conditions for Everyone's Butler
1. Introduction Welcome to Everyone’s Butler ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our home management subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services & Subscription Tiers We offer home administration and property coordination services, structured into specific monthly subscription tiers:
Everyone's Administrator (£9.99/mo): A digital tracking and notification service. We digitally store your property data (The House File) and provide automated reminders for upcoming renewals. This tier does not include the active sourcing or booking of tradespeople.
Everyone's Butler (£15.99/mo): Includes all features of the Administrator tier, plus the active sourcing, quoting, and scheduling of Routine Maintenance (e.g., annual boiler servicing, MOTs, gutter clearing) at no additional coordination charge.
3. Reactive Repairs, Projects & The 10% Coordination Fee For clients on the Everyone's Butler tier, we offer project management for Reactive Repairs and Larger Projects (e.g., emergency leaks, boiler replacements, redecorating, or landscaping).
For these services, we charge a flat 10% Project Coordination Fee, calculated based on the final total of the tradesperson’s invoice.
You will always be informed of, and must agree to, this fee in writing before any work commences.
4. Our "Zero Commission" Guarantee & Status as an Agent We operate strictly with a "Zero Commission" policy. We do not accept referral fees, kickbacks, or commissions from any tradesperson or third-party contractor.
Introductory Agent: Everyone’s Butler acts solely as an introductory agent and project coordinator. The legal and financial contract for any physical work carried out at your property is strictly between you (the Client) and the independent tradesperson.
Liability: While we rigorously vet our Trusted Partner network, Everyone's Butler accepts no liability for the workmanship, damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party contractors.
5. Payments and Billing
Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically via our secure payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel your rolling monthly subscription at any time with 14 days' written notice.
Tradesperson Invoices: You are responsible for paying the tradesperson directly for their work, usually via BACS transfer, upon completion of the job.
Coordination Fees: Our 10% Project Coordination fee will be invoiced separately by us upon completion of the project and is payable via a secure digital payment link.
6. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
