The Onboarding Call

During the onboarding call we look to understand from you what annual servicing you need (Boiler Servicing, MOT, Oven Cleaning Etc). We then map these to our trusted suppliers and start the scheduling process, if you already have a preferred supplier we link those to your account.

Also if desired we will take note of any renewals such as Internet, Home Insurance Etc

So you can relax, knowing the maintenance is taken care of.

Creating the Digital House File

Based on the information gathered during your onboarding call we will start to put together you digital house file, which is then shared directly with you based on your communication method of choice.
